27.04. Thursday

6 p.m. RoR entry workshop @ Palmengarten

Please tell us, if you want to come/Registration is requested: ror_le@riseup.net

We are a group of the transnational network Rhythms of Resistance and we drum on demos and other actions. We would like to introduce ourselves and the network, get to know you and bang on the drum together. No previous musical knowledge necessary.

We want a world in which many worlds have a place. A world in which the needs of humans and also of non-human animals are the basis for action, beyond market, state and patriarchy, beyond profit maximization, structural violence and Mackertum. We don’t believe in proxy politics and raise our voices and sticks against the capitalist insanity of the degradation of humans, animals and nature!
Do you also want to hit it?

17-19h workshop: everything to everyone and so @ water damage (not barrier free, there are some steps, the floor is uneven and the toilet is very narrow)

  • For FLINTAQ* (women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans, agender and questioning people and queers)

You’ve probably heard the slogan “everything to everyone (and for free)”…. Great idea, right? If only there were not this property, exchange logics, the ever-increasing prices and much more.
In the workshop we want to get closer to utopia through an exchange on the redistribution of “objects of daily use”. No prior knowledge is needed, but we would be happy if you would like to share your perspectives, experiences and thoughts on this.
We plan the VA for 2h

19:00 LECTURE on the history of the autonomous movement and anarchism since 1945 (eg125,not barrier-free)

by Open Anarchist Networking Leipzig

If you always wanted to know what operaism means, if Adorno survived the bust assassination and if shooting is allowed, you are invited to our lecture in the xxxx at 7pm (on time!). We will go through the history of student revolts, autonomous movements in Italy and insurrectionary theories, which we recently encountered in Hamburg in 2017. We are more interested in introducing the topics and showing certain concepts and developments of our movement. We all can’t write academic texts but we think that it is important to pass on basic knowledge. For a world in which we can all have a say in AZ!

PS: And of course you can shoot.

8pm Bookpresentation and Talk: Leslie Kern: Gentrification is inevitable and Other Lies @Kolonadenstrasse 5-7

How Gentrification is killing our cities, and what we can do about it

What does gentrification look like? Can we even agree that it is a process that replaces one community with another? It is a question of class? Or of economic opportunity? Who does it affect the most? Is there any way to combat it? Leslie Kern, author of the best selling Feminist City, travels from Toronto, New York, London, Paris and San Francisco and scrutinises the myth and lies that surround this most urgent urban crisis of our times.
