09.05. Thursday

3-5 p.m. Karl Helga: Lecture: MedicalBus – Radical Aid against Borders
From: MedicalBus-Crew
Language: German

Millions of people are still on the move for a variety of reasons. Often there is no or only inadequate medical and hygienic care for them. As a result, physical and psychological complaints and injuries often remain untreated. With the MedicalBus – Radical Aid against Borders project, we offer a loanable infrastructure in the form of a repurposed ambulance that emancipatory and self-organized groups and individuals can use to travel directly to the places where (primary) medical care is needed for people on the move and homeless people. In addition, we provide an infrastructure for cooking, internet and charging for up to 200 people. The MedicalBus can also be used at camps or for other political events. For us, Radical Aid against Borders means providing fast and necessary help without major hurdles. We want to question, circumvent and overcome borders and dismantle them forever. You can find out how the bus can be used and how the project works in practice during a tour with a field report on its use. You can also find out more about the project here medicalbus.net

4-7 p.m. Scherbelburg: Dance: Embodiment of Resistance

5 – 8 p.m. Wasserschaden: Workshop: 1×1 of individual collectivisation
Language: German
for TINFLAQ* (trans*, inter, non-binary people, women, lesbians, agender and questioning people and queers)

You’ve probably heard the slogan “everything for everyone (and for free)”. Great idea, right? If only there wasn’t this property, exchange logic, constantly rising prices and much more. In the workshop, we want to discuss the “all you can take” discount. There will be an input from the organizers, where questions can be asked and there will be small group phase(s) for exchange. You don’t need any prior knowledge, but we would be delighted if you would like to share your perspectives, experiences and thoughts. As the workshop already took place at last year’s A-Days, people are welcome to pull out input for small group discussions and build on last year’s knowledge. Please leave your cell phones at home for the workshop. The workshop will be held in German and we are planning 3 hours with breaks. Barriers of the room are: one step at the entrance with a narrow entrance door, three steps in the room to get to the toilet, very narrow, not wheelchair accessible toilet, room cannot be heated. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you! 🙂

5 – 8 pm ZuTun e.V.: Let’s Zine!
Where? Kreuzstr. 19, 04103 Leipzig
Language: German, English possible

Long meetings, lack of structure, lots of steps… it doesn’t have to be like this! We want to think together about how plenaries, actions and activism in general can be well designed – and thus more accessible. Utopian, concrete, absurd – it doesn’t matter! Procedure: Everyone can design one or more pages. We have a few pens, paper, glue and collage material, but you are also welcome to bring your own pens/colors. At the end, we will assemble the pages into a zine and copy it for everyone 🙂 The workshop is aimed at people who are chronically ill/disabled and therefore face barriers in their political activities. Please take a corona test before the workshop and bring a mask.

Barriers – The entrance door has a step, access is possible via a ramp. – The toilet is not barrier-free. There is a plateau as a (less stimulating) retreat. – If you have any questions about the location or existing barriers, write to nadja[ät]zutun.info. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to support you so that your participation is possible.

It is possible to precise if you wish your donations to be used to help the fighters comrades, or our civilian relief or the animal relief. All three have a separate accounting and no money expressly mentioned for civilian/animal relief is used to support the fighters. Donations without mention are going to our general budget with which we buy all needed for the fighters.

Currently our main fundraiser for online donations is for Dandelions, a protective system that helps prevent injury of fighters from attackers drones: https://www.instagram.com/p/C5YbsB0NRG1/ if you would like to donate online.

From 6pm Jugendclub Oststraße 181 | Kitechen for All ft. Nikita Curtis (Band)

7-8.30 Plaque: Introduction to Nihilism
Language: German

To what extent might the rhetorics surrounding hope and world-saving that surround us be disadvantageous to us and our struggles? Are the promises we make to ourselves and others useful in eliminating what we wish to destroy? What role does meaning, morality, and the idea of the future play in the prison of domination? The disillusionment and despair of knowing that we may not experience the postulated end of domination and exploitation do not have to end in powerlessness, frustration, and immobility. Perhaps it is usable for us and has the power within us to ignite a fire of negativity and uncompromising creativity and joy of life?

8 pm Karl Helga: Concert: Erleuchtung und Rufo

“Mommy it’s dark here!”. In the midst of a completely crazy time, five of Generation Z meet and give free rein to their pent-up emotions in a playful way. Since 2022, the experimental pop punk band “Erleuchtung und Rufo” has been playing in its full line-up. With a lightness that could not be wilder, they revitalize the Munich subculture in their very own enchanting way. Always new, self-tailored outfits and spontaneous surprise songs make every performance every appearance a unique performance and leave even the performers no room for boredom. “Of course”, after the concert they go straight to the “Spezi-Party” and prefer to stay away from away from “Schrebergärten”, the “Arbeitsamt” or mean ex-girlfriends.
