1-3 p.m. Unterm Radar: Money Talk – conversations about money, taboos and redistribution
By: Direct Support Leipzig
Language: German

We encounter shame and taboos when it comes to money. Why actually
and how do we manage to soften them? It’s about removing the taboos surrounding money, about questioning our own learned handling of money and the (re)linking of justice, security and solidarity with it.
We meet in a relaxed discussion atmosphere and talk about, among other things, our own (emotional) access to money and possibilities for redistribution.
We are DirectSupport Leipzig. Since 2020, we have been redistributing money anonymously and unbureaucratically, fight for top-down redistribution and organize “Money Talks” on topics such as classism, poverty, wealth and social justice.

3-4.30 p.m. zxrx: Lecture: Mutual aid in times of crisis
By: Glitzerkatapult
Language: German

“Solidarity Not Charity” was the slogan of the Common Ground Collective, an anarchist organization, which after the Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans (USA) practiced direct help. Many other anarchists followed this example of limitless solidarity and have stood by person in and after crisis situations. The lecture would like to explain the concept of mutual aid, show how self-organization can work beyond states and go into some practical examples from recent years. In addition, current cases of anarchist/anarchist-characterized mutual aid should also be discussed, e.g. in pandemic times, as well as various forms of organization such as food not bomb. The lecture would like to show opportunities and opportunities of anarchist, mutual aid and self-organization and how it can also work in crises.

5-9 p.m. Unterm Radar: Input+Discussion: Info-event and soli-küfa about the situation at the polish-belarussian border
Language: English, whisper translation to German

The situation at the polish-belarusian border is just one example of the EU’s racist asylum policy and its intensification. Measures such as the establishment of a restricted zone along the border, the construction of physical border walls, an increase in surveillance techniques and brutal push-backs are part of the increasing militarization at the polish-belarusian border in the last two years. At the same time, thousands of people continue to attempt to cross the border. For more than two years, several collectives and individuals have been active on the polish-belarusian border to support people on the move and to oppose the racist European border regime.

At this info-event, a person who is active on the polish-belarusian border will report on the current situation and the solidarity structures on the ground. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to discuss support options by küfa-food and drinks. The money for the küfa will go to a small collective which is acive on the polish-belarusian border. Bring old Smartphones and Powerbanks if you have!
